The patterns can be made directly to the steel roller surface in web cavity and/or concave-convex patterns with various numbers of lines, no need to make specialized copper plating to the surface of base rollers beforehand. This is for longer working life, even and consistent patterns and pictures, and is suitable for glue laminating, coating, ink transfer, finishing, and other fields of process.
The reticulate-patterned roller is mainly used for gluing, and coloring. Its applicable industries include plastics, artificial leather, genuine leather, paper, carton, machinery, etc.
Technical data:
1. Complete data for number of reticulating, pattern, and spec. We can also make our products to the customer¡¯s orders and demand with options of 10~600 line/in;
2. Calibrated static balance, and E-grade dynamic balance at 300 rpm or under;
3. The roller adopts #45 seamless steel tubes with worked inner boring, welding, and tempering;
4. The coaxiality is ¡Ü0.025 mm;
5. Polished after chrome plating to the surface in HRC62 or up.
